Good start into the weekend for Reiter Engineering

With a 4th and a 15th place out of 60 cars the Reiter drivers brought themself in a very good position for the start to the legendary 24h of Spa.

Since many weeks the team of Reiter Engineering prepares intensively for the 24h of Spa and was able to stay in the upper middle field already in the practices . But in the qualifying the number 24 Lamborghini of Marc A. Hayek/Peter Kox/Jos Menten improved by nearly another 4 seconds. That way the car surprised with a fantastic fourth place and a perfect starting position for the race.

The second Lamborghini of Albert v. Thurn u. Taxis/Eugenio Amos/Nikolaus Mayr-Melnhof also improved by 2 seconds in comparison to the pre-qualifying and put the car on a good 15th place.

The race starts at 4:00 pm on Saturday. Sport1 is broadcasting the start as well as parts of the 24h race live from 3:30 pm on.
