Double Victory for Reiter Lamborghini Gallardo with Kox / Amos A highly successful premiere Reiter Engineering celebrated in the Italian GT Championship.

Starting from fifth place Eugenio Amos quickly gained a place and gave his Reiter Engineering Lamborghini Gallardo LP600 to Peter Kox. The Dutchman worked his way up to the top with consistently fast laps in the 32 car field and won after 27 rounds with not less than 17.9 seconds ahead of second placed Audi. In race two Kox drove the start and stayed in the lead for the rest of his stint. With a time of 1.48,640 minutes Kox drove, as in the first race, the fastest lap in the field. Amos went behind the wheel of the Gallardo LP600 at the regular pit stop saw the chequered flag in first position with an impressive lead of 20 seconds.
„Our first weekend with the Lamborghini Gallardo LP600+ GT3 in the Italian GT Championship couldn´t be more successful“, said team Principal Hans Reiter. “Beside the Pole Position and two victories we also broke the GT3 lap record in Monza. The Gallardo seems to like fast tracks. For next year we now are trying to find a team, which is willing to race the Gallardo LP600+ GT3 in Italy.”
