Spielberg (A). – Im Rahmen der traditionellen Rundstreckentrophy auf dem Red Bull Ring in Spielberg fand ein 2-Stunden Langstreckenrennen der FIA Zone Zentraleuropa statt. Mit Touren- und GT Wagen aus Slowenien, Ungarn, der Slowakei, Tschechien und Österreich waren dabei insgesamt 37 Teilnehmer am Start.

Customer Team Clearwater 3rd on Twin Ring Motegi circuit
It was a tremendously exciting season opener for the 2013 GT Asia Series held today where Peter Li Zhi Cong claimed the win in his Porsche 997 GT3 R on a very wet Twin Ring Motegi circuit. He was followed across the line by reigning Champion, Mok Weng Sun in the McLaren 12C GT3 in second and Tunku Hammam, who paired up with Ro-Charlz in Team Clearwater Racing’s Lamborghini LP560 GT3 in third.

Lamborghini wins epic Zolder race
Peter Kox and Stefan Rosina in a Lamborghini won the second round of the 2013 FIA GT Series at Circuit Zolder today after a thrilling race. They headed home Stephane Ortelli and Laurens Vanthoor in their Belgian Audi Club Team WRT Audi R8 LMS Ultra in a thrilling race to the flag, winning by just 0.448s.

Zweimal Platz drei für Fabian Hamprecht im Lamborghini
Einen hervorragenden Start in die Saison gab es für die Internationale DMV TCC am vergangenen Wochenende (05./06. April 2013) auf dem Hockenheimring. Alles richtig machte der spätere Drittplatzierte Fabian Hamprecht. Mit erst 17 Jahren fuhr er erstmal in einem Rennen den Lamborghini Gallardo von rhino’s Leipert Motorsport und überzeugte vollauf.

The start of the GT300 class race came off without mishap. Starting form pole position, the No. 61 SUBARU BRZ R&D SPORT (Tetsuya Yamano) led the race in the early running, but soon the No. 3 S Road NDDP GT-R (Kazuki Hoshino), the No.11 GAINER DIXCEL SLS (Bjorn Wirdheim) and the No. 87 LA SEINE LAMBORGHINI GT3 (Hideki Yamauchi) were closing in from behind.

Lamborghini announces commitment to GT3 program with Reiter Engineering, with new GT3 car for 2013 and 2014
Sant’Agata Bolognese, 28 January 2013. Automobili Lamborghini has announced a new GT3 motorsport program. The long-term agreement will commence with a new car for the 2013 and 2014 seasons: the Lamborghini Gallardo GT3 FL2, developed by Reiter Engineering in cooperation with Lamborghini’s R&D motorsport department.

Blancpain – Reiter made hay while the sun was shining in Navarra as Peter Kox (NLD) took the No.24 Lamborghini Gallardo round the Circuito de Navarra quickest in Free Practice, setting a time of 1.38.542.
The No.6 WRT Audi R8 came in second with a time of 1:38.654, with Frank Stippler (PRT) at the wheel. Third was the PRO-AM No.9 Gulf Racing McLaren of Michael Wainwright and Robert Bell, posting a 1:38.711.
